Shipping Rates:

a. Domestic Shipping (Doha):
The shipping fee for orders within Doha is QAR 50.
Please note: Teeha Design is not responsible for the QAR 50 delivery charge. This fee is solely for the driver’s service to deliver your item, and it is not associated with our operations.

For repairs covered under the 1-year warranty, customers will be responsible for the QAR 50 delivery charge, applicable only from the time of receiving the item up to one month.

b. International Shipping:
For orders outside of Qatar, the shipping fee is QAR 150.

Shipping Methods and Carriers:

We partner with trusted carriers and reliable shipping methods to ensure timely delivery of your orders. The specific carrier and method may vary depending on the destination and size of the package.

Order Processing Time:

Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we will process it within 4-8 weeks. Please note that business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Estimated Delivery Time:

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping destination. While we strive to deliver within the estimated timeframe, unforeseen circumstances, including customs processes in the destination country, may occasionally cause delays.

Customs and Duties:

For international orders, please be aware that customs duties, taxes, and any additional fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are beyond our control. We recommend contacting your local customs office to inquire about any potential fees before placing your order.

Shipping Address:

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete, including the recipient’s name, address, and contact details. We cannot be held responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
